They had my 2.5 yr old EV car, bought new, for 3 weeks. Before, no issues with the charging port. After, my charger would not release; car is unusable. Dealership confirmed damage and said it's a rare repair. The chances of this happening randomly, without Carstar's fault, are 0.000123%. It’s a $2,500 repair and $900 car rental (for 2.5 weeks). Carstar, nor TD Insurance, takes no responsibility, claiming normal wear and tear. This is an unethical, horribly run business and I will be suing.
