Totally unprofessional, not reliable and very poor service ! Avoid this business.

I write to express my shock at the treatment my 90 year-old mother received when she called your customer service number (1-800-621-8545). The man on the line was abusive, repeatedly going on about F-ing customers. When my mother asked for his name the F-bombs and abuse continued. Is this how you treat customers? They were supposed to put in to high pressure transmission line instead they installed two heater hoses at a cost of 1182.26 but Heater hoses do not go together with transmission fluid I found this out because on my way back from Nova Scotia those heater hoses split now I’m stuck in Edmundston.
