Did the Work, No Follow up

Had a patio completed and the owner was help friendly and helpful during this process. when the work began the team rushed to get it done by a deadline we had agreed upon for months but also kept splitting their time and people among multiple projects going on the same day. Mostly happy when it was done but there were spots where the cement didn't change to the right colour and blemishes on the patio which they agreed to fix. We have not been heard from them since after repeated attempts via email and phone.
