    Factory Tire is my supplier of choice for the Kumho tires I pick up for my Cadillac ELR. I get my tires in time when I order them and get them fitted too. The customer service is excellent. Many thanks from a satisfied customer.

    I purchase my tires regularly from Factory Tire. I rent cars and need tires regularly. These guys are dependable and always come through with my orders. Excellent customer service sets these guys apart from the rest.

    I got great Kumho...

    I got great Kumho tires for my Buick from Factory Tire. What set these people apart from others is simply their knowledge about various tire brands and which one performs better on which car. Also, they know tires that function best in a particular season which helped me a lot. These guys are professionals. Thumbs up.

    I was stunned by ...

    I was stunned by the inventory of tires available at Factory Tire. I shifted to Bridgestone tires when I found they work better for my Buick. The staff at Factory Tire is very knowledgeable and friendly. Thumbs up.

    I got Nexen tires...

    I got Nexen tires from Factory Tire and I was presented with the warranty information upright. That mattered to me because earlier, I had to fight for the warranties which were not shared upfront. I did not use the warranties but I appreciated their honesty. Will definitely return. Thumbs up.
